So why should gluten-free diners have to miss out on all the fun? We created this gluten-free stuffing recipe so that everyone at your table can enjoy the mouthwatering goodness of a heaping pile of stuffing, regardless of their dietary needs. Gluten-free bread makes an easy swap for the traditional stuffing cubes. The key to making gluten-free stuffing so crunchy on the outside is to use day-old bread. The drier the bread, the easier it will be to achieve crispy stuffing that\u2019s moist on the inside, with a golden, crunchy outside.<\/p>\n
Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the celery and onions, then cook and stir until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in the parsley, salt, sage, poultry seasoning, thyme and pepper.<\/p>\n In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with the vegetable mixture. Combine the eggs and broth, then add them to the bread mixture and toss to coat.<\/p>\n Transfer everything to a greased 13×9-inch baking dish. Cover and bake for 40 minutes, then uncover and bake until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 160\u00b0, 15 to 20 minutes.
