It turned out great!! the directions though were a little lack luster. This was my second ever type of bread I made. The yeast i prayed was going to activate with the warm water they specified but was not sure and scared. Also I used the original 4 cups of flour and then when needing it, I used probably another 1\/2-1 cup more but not as much as they stated in the directions ( 6-7 cups?) My house is a bit cooler so it had to sit for about double the time recommended both times. But it worked and it came out golden brown, crispy on the outside, moist on the inside and it was a hit!!!! I also used 5 potatoes, each about half the size of my palm, ISH so again I hoped that the amount of water used to boil them would be enough for when that water was needed and I only had a 1\/2 cup of starchy water so when i mashed my potatoes I used about a 1\/2 cup to 3\/4 of warm water to get them to a silky mash. Thank you so much for your recipe :))<\/p>","reviewRating":{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@type":"Rating","ratingValue":3,"worstRating":1,"bestRating":5}},{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@type":"Review","datePublished":"2021-01-11","author":{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@type":"Person","name":"OliveScooter"},"reviewBody":"Well this bread is on its second rise so l should probably have waited til it was baked to review.
