Marinate the chicken for 5-6 hours for flavoring and letting the chicken tenderize in citrus juices (at least 15 mins. for the outside to get seasoned. If you put the chicken breast in an instant pot add the broth cook, then drain and set it aside. You can brown the now tender chicken in a pan with high heat and some oil. Then shred it and add \"pan drippings\" or strained meat juice to the chicken. Adding black beans make this more authentic too.
