Made as instructed, turned out more like stew with little to no broth. Kinda redundant to ask for a whole chicken and drippings when removing skin removes most of the drippings. Ended up using way more salsa to get flavorful, but that could've been just a difference in brand... Unsure why chicken needed removed, as my chicken fell off the bone and shred right in the pot. <\/p>

Instructions could've been clearer, such as brand of Mango salsa and\/or what the difference is between thawed and frozen vegetables. <\/p>
