This was delicious. I understand the mixed reviews since if you are inexperienced at making stir fry you might go wrong. Don't stir the pork, just let it stay there and brown. Put the peas in with the sauce at the last minute since they cook so fast. Don't leave the sauce to cook for long. Keep the heat on high the entire time. The less you stir really the better.
