There was just a little too much liquid. I'll cut back a tablespoon or two of the wine next time. And the lemons didn't get done. I sliced them very thin and they tasted raw. They would do better if they were touching the pan, maybe mixed in with the vegetables. I plan to precook some next time I have the oven on. Overall, this was quite tasty. My changes were to double (or even triple) the herbs and pepper, use half of the artichokes called for (packed in oil works just as well as packed in water since oil is added as part of the recipe), bone-in thighs instead of boneless breasts, adding a couple of teaspoons of salt for seasoning, and increase the baking time to 40 minutes.
