Well just like the last few reviewers I saw the ingredients versus the directions and given that I promised my kids doughnuts I plowed ahead. I used buttermilk instead of milk as I figured it was a good go between sour cream and the milk listed. The doughnuts turned out wonderful and my kids gave them rave reviews.
