Smoked the meatloaf at 225 degrees with pecan wood and I am quite satisfied with the results. Also the glaze of only three ingredients is very good. This is a hit. I love this recipe. We smoked it in our smoker at 350 for closer to an hour. The bottoms were a little crispy but still tasty. I will be making this again.
