I made this Chicken Cordon Bleu casserole for dinner tonight.... it was delicious.... I followed the recipe exactly except I added about 6 ounces of cheese instead of the 4 ounces. The mustard and lemon juice in the sauce added just the right amount of \"tang\" to cut the richness of the sauce. I served it with rice since there were no starches in the recipe. Leftovers tonight....my husband requested we serve it over baked potatoes!
