Made this tonight for the family, everyone loved this dish! ( and they are a hard crowd to please). Super easy to make and is a perfect Summer dinner especially with a side of fresh tomatoes from the garden. Fantastic flavor. Rice and bacon need to be made ahead of time. I recommend the low sodium Rice-a-Roni, as the other ingredients have so much salt in them. Served on chopped lettuce with sliced tomatoes on the side is perfect.
