This was very good and a quick easy dinner. I used bucatini instead of spaghetti and fresh pineapple chunks as that is what I had on hand. I substituted olive oil for the canola oil as I don't use seed oils. Will definitely make this again. The sauce was light and flavorful, but not too salty--jut perfect.
