A springform pan makes it simple to release the sides for a perfect cheesecake. But it is a one-trick pony, so if you don’t have one, there are
ways to make a cheesecake without a springform pan<\/a>. Use a regular cake pan lined with parchment paper on the bottom and sides. Use a knife to loosen the sides, and gently warm the bottom of the pan with a hot towel to help release the crust.
