This recipe was delicious! I do not have an \"Insta-Pot,\" but a Pressure Cooker XL and had to figure out the settings for my appliance. (My appliance has a \"stew\" setting, so I set the temperature to high on the stew\/soup setting for step #4 above.) For the dry, red wine, I used a Merlot and it was so good! We ended up making this twice in one week because we could use the carrots, potatoes, and celery we had left over and didn't use the first time.
