This is my all time favorite hot summer night recipe! I cheat a few things though. I buy already cooked and sliced steak from Trader Joe\u2019s or Costco. I use a pre-washed salad mix. And I buy grape tomatoes so I don\u2019t have to cut up a tomato. So the only prep is the asparagus and the dressing. The dressing is absolutely delicious, by the way. Do yourself a favor and use this for company along with bread of some kind. I served cornbread with it last night.
