i found this cake to be a little misleading. The directions state it will not test done, which it doesn't, but the \"slightly wobbly\" is very much open to interpretation. I baked per time in directions and mine was very wobbly in the middle. I mean not cooked! (Not an oven temp issue as my oven had just been calibrated.) I ended up baking it far longer then the directions indicate. It was very good and very rich I just had problems with the overall directions.
