This copycat Dunkin’ cookie butter cold brew features a cold foam sweetened with cinnamon-spiced cookie butter and a smooth cold brew sweetened with brown sugar simple syrup. Then, generously sprinkle cookie crumbs on top to make this warmly spiced cold sipper a perfect wintertime treat.<\/p>\n In a small jar, add the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, brown sugar and warmed cookie butter. Stir to thoroughly combine. Use a milk frother to froth until light and foamy.<\/p>\n Editor’s Tip: <\/em>Warmed cookie butter incorporates into the other ingredients more easily. Warm it up in a microwave-safe dish for about 30 seconds.<\/p>\n Pour the cold brew into a glass filled with ice.
