This delicious recipe is a favorite. I made a couple of changes. Added jalapenos instead of green pepper and omitted mushrooms. I used 10-inch tortillas to hold the filling in and followed another reviewer eliminating one step by saut\u00e9ing the veggies in the sausage drippings then adding the sausage back and adding the eggs. Eliminated the butter. These were awesome and will be making them again.<\/p>
