Wow, this was a very good surprise. The bread turns out with a nice soft crumb texture and beautiful with the red beets. It doesn\u2019t taste like beets at all just a really good bread. Toasted with jam really yummy. I was a little worried that my dough was too sticky but in the end it turned out perfectly. Hubby turned up his nose when I started making it, then proceeded to eat half the loaf when done. I\u2019d make this again, try it you will be pleasantly surprised.
