I made these last year for my granddaughters b-day party which is always a Halloween theme. This year I made them as witches toes for her party. I added green food coloring to white chocolate discs(if you use the white bark it will seize up after adding food coloring). Cut a black candy dot in half and put in on the top as the toe nail. They were as cute as the ghosts. The kids loved them! I found the easiest way to coat the cookies is to stick a toothpick into the filling and dip it using that. Not so much on the fingers that way and no tell-tale signs on the cookies where you had to patch the coating.
