DO NOT MAKE AHEAD! I did everything the day before except final assembly (to avoid sogginess)... We tried \"just a couple\" as appetizers and all of the rest just disappeared... I had to make a new (double) batch the next day to bring to church. Delicious and addicting! For the second batch, I decreased the Worcestershire sauce slightly, and found that cut up pieces of shrimp on top were easier to eat than the prettier whole shrimp.
