I made this recipe 3\/25\/24! I did adjust amount of ingredients and I think that improved the taste!<\/p>
I'd used 2 medium potatoes, peeled and shredded; added 1 onion, sliced, and used 1\/2 to 1 tsp. salt, 1\/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, 1\/4 to 1\/2 tsp. pepper, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1\/2 to 1 cup milk, 1\/2 cup half and half cream in place of the whipping cream, 3\/4 c. to 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese. I baked 25 minutes in a small baking dish; DID combine in saucepan the liquid ingredients, garlic, salt and pepper for the sauce!
