I love this recipe. I also make something similar in my slow cooker with a pork shoulder roast. I sear and season the roast. I throw in a can of hard cidar and two big cans of apple pie filling. Then I let it go to work for about six hours. I hate saying this but I am a hard person to impress but this recipe sure did. I used pork tenderloin and baked it at 350 for an hour.
