It's fantastic easy, so much that even me I tried it :) , I made it of oat matza flour shmura and without sugar, I was surprised that after the forth egg the batter was liquid, maybe because I didn't beat with the eggs just mixed with a spoon, and even made it on a small toaster oven, so the whole batter was one piece. It didn't rise, but it was still a great success for the family, but for me even if really tasty, too salty and too oil. Maybe next time I try really beating with the eggs and maybe even without salt and maybe with olive oil and maybe even without egg, with banana or chia or both (but I guess it won't rise neither like that).
