Very quick weeknight meal. Great flavor and filling-know some reviewers said it needed something more, but I think it depends on what brands you are using. I used the old el paso mild enchilada sauce and our favorite salsa and it was great. Except for two changes I followed the recipe: used cheese ravioli and microwaved some sliced zucchini that I added to the sauce before adding in the ravioli (all about the one pot meal).
