This recipe is quite similar to my husband's grandma's Lemon Bars and something we've been enjoying for years! I cut the recipe in half for the two of us, and baked it in an 8x8-inch pan, which worked just fine. Some of the reviews mentioned that the lime flavor was quite mild, so in addition to adding lime peel to the crust, I also added it to the filling.
