Easy recipe. Lovely flavor. Will definitely make again! I substituted walnuts for the pecans because it's what I had. Reduced the brown sugar from 2 cups to 1 3\/4 cup on the basis of a review; I did dust with powdered sugar. Used a 8x12 which might've resulted in slightly cakier bars but still they were darn good. Super easy. No problem getting them out of the pan either! I have a 1999 hardback Taste Recipes cookbook and thought these were those, they're not. I had a hard time getting these out of the pan. Just fell apart...I think the butter at bottom was to blame.
