I've been using this meatloaf recipe for over a decade and hesitate to try anything else because nothing compares to it. I usually pre-fry the onion along with a green and orange bell pepper before adding to the mixture to amp up the flavor. I also use gluten free bread crumbs in place of saltines and just a touch more Worcestershire than called for. Ususally served with french syle green beans and either baked or mashed potatoes you really can't go wrong.
