I have tried it and did half of the recipe for 2-4 serving and yes it turn out perfect, my hubby even said it is better than expected. The blender does not destroy fluffiness, way faster and easier, you need to blend it for about 20 seconds. FYI! I use my blender all the time making pancakes, waffles etc.<\/p>
