Delicious. I added cut up strips of red bell pepper with the onions (1 med-lg vidalia), a bit of dried oregano with the basil, thyme and bay leaf; no salt added diced tomatoes (we're on a low-salt diet). Used dry white wine which is what we had open. Pounded the sirloin briefly with meat mallet prior to cutting in strips and it was tender.
