This is a great versatile recipe. I've made it for years. I use 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of cream of celery. I omit the cheese because I don't like the flavor. <\/p>

I often times serve it over rice or open faced biscuits. (my favorite).<\/p>

I use leftover roasted chicken and prefer it shredded.<\/p>
