If you like ramen, you'll love this recipe. I doubled the amount of ramen and used chicken broth instead of water. I also omitted the curry because we don't like curry. This chowder had a wonderful creamy broth that went well with all of those chewy ramen noodles and crunchy sweet corn kernels. It was quick and easy to make, as well.
