Made 3 cakes at once to use two eggs. Substituted King Arthur one for one gluten-free flour and used 2\/3 cup Swerve granular. Used black cocoa from King Arthur. Cooked for three extra minutes. Two differences - the original used boxed cake mix and secondly was made into a layer cake. Ideally, preparing it and letting stand refrigerated for a few hours enhances flavors and easier to slice in to as firms up whipped cream. While recipe submitted to TOH probably good using own cake recipe, preparing in a loaf pan is also a good suggestion of which I will try. The original recipe is, without a doubt, absolutely delicious and deserves a winner status and anyone who has tasted this cake gives it high marks, a must bake cake, and often requested.
