The sauce is more like a topping than a sauce in my opinion, beause I feel like I followed the directions and it looked like the photo. Since I had riced cauliflower ready for a sauce, I needed to add more milk and sherry, which of course messed up the seasoning, so I had to add salt and dijon mustard for some acid to balance the sweetness of the extra sherry. In the end it was delicious and I will make it again with an adjustment. <\/p>","reviewRating":{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@type":"Rating","ratingValue":4,"worstRating":1,"bestRating":5}},{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@type":"Review","datePublished":"2021-05-01","author":{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@type":"Person","name":"NoodleNel"},"reviewBody":"ery tasty and easy","reviewRating":{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@type":"Rating","ratingValue":5,"worstRating":1,"bestRating":5}},{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@type":"Review","datePublished":"2024-05-05","author":{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@type":"Person","name":"krindfleisch"},"reviewBody":"
