A huge hit at our football party. These couldn't be easier to prepare. I reduced the soy sauce by half, just to cut the sodium a bit. I made this for my family as a part of our 'Superbowl\"meal, everyone loved it. My brother gave it an \"A+\". The wings were very good. I used about 2lbs of drum\/wingettes, lo cal BBQ sauce and lower salt soy sauce. I basted and turned the wings over about every 20 minutes for a total bake time of 60 minutes.
