This sounds very good but it is not diabetic friendly. Low fat milk has the highest content of natural sugar in it as fat contains none. Moreover diabetics must watch carbs as well.....carbs turn into sugar. As a type 1 diabetic this recipe has a great number of carbs. More research needs to be done before a recipe claims to be diabetic friendly.
