It is very rare to find a \"just average\" on TOH. It tasted sort of like a dish you would get at Noodles restaurant....not bad, but definitely not yummy. We made the exact amounts of the ingredients and used good beef and fresh mushrooms. Our only mods were not having reduced-fat butter or sour cream. (This, theoretically, should have made it better.) It needs less sour cream and more ......? Some sort of ooomph. (I am never good at knowing what the \"missing secret ingredient\" is. ) Another review mentioned paprika, and another mentioned \"Worcestershire sauce, thyme, Dijon mustard, sweet onion.\" Wish I had read reviews first, as I usually do.
