Made a few changes. Omitted the lemon or hot pepper sauce (tried a little with it but did not like the taste). Used Knorr Caldo con Sabor de Pollo (powdered chicken bouillon) instead of salt which added more flavor to my homemade broth. Used more garlic (11 cloves) and much more fresh thyme. When serving, added one dollop of fat free sour cream and some french fried onion rings on top.
