I made this Chicken Pepper-Alfredo for dinner and my family really loved it. Like others, I couldn\u2019t find Pepper Alfredo sauce, so I used regular Alfredo sauce. I added a diced sweet red pepper, 1\/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and I doubled the minced red onion to 1\/2 cup. I am recently retired. and getting back to my love of cooking and baking. Thank you for all the terrific recipes. Last night I made the Chicken Pepper Alfredo. I added diced fire roasted tomatoes (because I couldn't find roasted red pepper alfredo sauce in the store) and diced some chili. I followed the rest of the recipe as directed. My partner and I loved this dish, and it will go on our meal rotation list. Thank you!! P.S. I had previously baked two loaves of Italian bread (your recipe) and had this with the Alfredo dish. Also, I left off the onions and doubled the mushrooms. It was delish! Reheated the leftovers in a skillet and added a jar of sundried tomatoes (including the oil) and about half a jar traditional alfredo sauce and it was amazing! I'll add the tomatoes at the start next time.
