Very tasty and moist! I devoured mine which I rarely do when eating pork chops. I had six very thin pork chops so I basically adjusted the amount of rub by 3 times. I cooked them over medium-high heat covered as suggested by another review for 5 minutes per side and they were perfect. With the soaked in lemon juice and seared rub, they were very flavorful and moist. I will definitely make these again. This recipe is fantastic and so easy to make. We ate every morsel! I used a bottled low sodium herb blend that had the ingredients required listed. The lemon juice gives the chops a super pop of flavor. I cooked each chop for 5 minutes a side. Letting them rest ensured that the juice was absorbed back into the meat to make the chops nice and juicy. These were a hit with my family! The boneless chops I had were very thick so I pounded them out and adjusted the cooking time. I don't buy garlic salt so I simply used some garlic powder and kosher salt and omitted the garlic in the oil. I added some fresh herbs the last few minutes of cooking. The chops were perfectly cooked, moist, and favorable. This was definitely a family pleaser. I modified slightly, omitted salt and garlic seasoning & used all fresh herbs. The rub browned nicely and smelled amazing. I used boneless pork chops and didn?t find the cooking time long enough, but did not want to over crisp the rub so I placed the chops on a baking dish, drizzled with lemon juice and placed in the oven to cook thoroughly. I was cooking 5x the amount the recipe called for so the oven cooking worked well. I've made this many times and would say it's one of my favorite ways to make pork. I use boneless loin chops and always cover the meat from start to finish to keep it juicy and so it will cook even faster. Sometimes the garlic gets a little over done, so definitely watch the heat.
