I tried this recipe for a birthday brunch. It was a huge hit! I took the leftovers to my office for our Halloween Breakfast and it was a huge hit there as well! My co-workers asked what the glaze was and was surprised when I said it was peach pie filling! I did add blueberries to the recipe and used canned pineapple to save time.
