The recipe worked out perfectly in regards to the actual flavor, rub and glaze. I modified it by basically rubbing it with the molasses rub mixture. Then I placed it on a deep roasting pan with a rack and placed the ribs in it with a small layer of water. I then steamed the ribs for 2 hours and replenished the water every 30 - 45 min.
