These turned out light & delicious! Used them for sliders so I didn't taste them on their own. The dough was mixed by hand since I don't have a bread machine. Also, left out the coconut. I did not like the end result of these dinner rolls. I don't know what went wrong because by the reviews, others have had success with the recipe, but I did not. They required a lot more flour because the dough was too wet. The addition of more flour made them very crumbly and I didn't care for the taste.
