For the filling, I give it 5 stars. We weren't huge fans of the pita. I had some tostada shells on hand and it was fantastic that way. This was fast and easy to make. We really enjoyed the change of pace from the typical taco seasoning packet flavor. We buried our \"tacos\" with Mexican blend cheese and sour cream and added more green onions. We will definitely make this again but serve it with flour tortillas or tostada shells.
