Halibut fish tacos<\/a> are a cut above regular fish tacos. Why, you ask? Because halibut has a steak-like quality and a mildly sweet flavor that sets it apart. And when you make this halibut fish taco recipe, it’ll be matched with a delicious mango-avocado dressing that perfectly complements the fish. Add some Bibb lettuce and chili sauce to the mix, and you’ve got yourself an incredibly flavorful meal (that’s also easy and quick to prepare). Serve these tacos with a side of black beans and rice<\/a>, or serve them on their own. Either way, you’ll have some mighty happy people at the dinner table.<\/p>\n In a small bowl, combine the mango, avocado, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, 2 teaspoons of oil, lemon juice and honey, then set the bowl aside.<\/p>\n Brush the halibut with the remaining oil, then sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Grill the fish on a greased rack, covered, over high heat.
