These turned out great - very light for using whole wheat flour. I made only 16 rolls so they'd be larger. Wheat germ replaced the wheat bran called for in the recipe. They are soft, delicious little rolls. The cinnamon didn't sound appealing to me, but I went with it. It's so subtle and really goes well with the honey and wheat. The recipe as it is is wonderful, but I am looking forward to playing with it. Personally, I do not care for sweeter doughs, so will decrease the amount of honey slighty in the next batch.
