My family loves this recipe! It's so quick and easy to make and the tilapia is so tender and moist. I followed the recipe exactly except I omitted the basil since I didn't have any on hand and for the lemon juice, I used the juice of 1\/2 small lemon and served the remaining 1\/2 as wedges when I served the fish. My husband and I thought this was pretty tasty. We enjoyed the flavor of the topping, but for some reason I thought it would be almost a tad crispy. I had to take it out of the oven early, and lower it from the broiler because parts of the fish were getting done a lot quicker than other parts, and I didn't want it to over-cook. That was probably just because it wasn't a uniform thickness. For seafood seasoning I used Old Bay. I think it could have used a tad more of that. The lemon was a little forward, but it wasn't overwhelming. I think with a little extra Old Bay, it'll balance out. I love this recipe and I've tweeked it to be able to put the same topping on chicken, I just pound or butterfly the chicken to about 1\/2-1\/4 inch thick.
