I will always think of this as My Okra Summer because the success of my husband\u2019s patio okra plants coincided with the advancement of his kidney disease. We\u2019ve been eating okra about every 3 days for a couple of months. This recipe is a keeper! Very flavorful and a nice change from breaded and air fried.
