This dish is really good! I had to make some adjustments to the sweet ingredients as I am a diabetic - no sugar in the rub, no honey in the sauce and reduced the amount of jam to reduce the amount of sugar in the recipe. I cut back on the amount of pepper also as I don't like really spicy food. It was still very good.
