Happy to find this recipe because I was looking for a recipe to use leftover pumpkin and fresh cranberries. I used white whole wheat flour, cinnamon instead of pp spice, coconut sugar-which I cut in half based on reviews, added more cranberries and kept them whole, plus I added 1\/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1\/2 tsp orange oil (tastes like zest). I doubled the recipe and got 21 muffins and 6 mini bundt cakes. They turned out very well. Exterior 'seemed' a bit dry\/hard, probably because of the whole wheat flour, but they were still perfectly moist and delicious!
