I like to use small halved tomatoes instead of large tomatoes and orange bell pepper instead of red.<\/p>

I use 1\/4 cup avocado oil instead of canola oil for the full recipe. I use less vinegar and the juice of a lime. I don\u2019t use cane sugar. I use 2 tablespoons of monk fruit sugar which is diabetic-friendly. Lime is very good in this salad. Try this salad as a dip on hearty tortilla chips.
